Responsibilities of the Social Media Analyst include employing social media approaches for clients. The Social Media Analyst is proficient in rapidly understanding and advocating plans that will add to the objectives and accomplishments of client campaigns, specific to social media.
Main Operational Areas of Responsibility
- Administer and assist in the creation of marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. blog posts, customer case studies, customer videos briefs, posts from analysts and customers)
- Help in link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO objectives
- Develop and care for social media platform-specific audiences and communities
- Encourage SEO approaches by recognizing keyword significance and how they integrate into content marketing strategies
- Study and administer social media tools daily in support of clients’ social media approach
- Deliver analysis and recommendations as the plan progresses and can be reviewed
- Supervise and assess social media results daily in coordination with client objectives and standards
- Effective communication with team and management on plan development, timelines, and outcomes
- Meet client goals by working closely with the other team members
- Keep in line with social media and internet marketing industry developments and trends
