Open Position: Marketing Strategy Coordinator

The Marketing Strategy Coordinator responsibilities include pushing projects through from idea to delivery. The Marketing Strategy Coordinator works with various clients on numerous projects and needs to be skilled at overseeing and developing client relationships and informing on the status of projects. All project managers must be proficient at using project management software in addition to planning, tracking, and measuring the final results.

During an average day, a digital project manager will:

• Manage important client accounts
• Counsel clients on cost, problems, and solutions, available resources
• Interact with and inform team members on the status of projects
• Report on success principles for delivered projects by calculating results
• Follow the project deliverables and partner those with agreed deadlines
• Analyze digital behavior and keep pace of latest digital campaign trends

MAIN OPERATIONAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Design digital campaigns from the beginning phases through to delivery
• Function as the main contact for clients
• Identifying and implementing project milestones and KPIs
• Regularly informing team members on project status
• Continue to assess working techniques and practices and providing recommendations for improvement
• Evaluating project resources and offering an assessment on whether they meet the requirements of the project
• Building strong relationships with the client and creating communication channels between the applicable parties
• Examining the success of client campaigns, creating reports and data examinations as supporting evidence
• Supervising the project’s financial budget, informing stakeholders of crucial cost implications, adjustments to budget, changes in spending and cost
• Working as part of a team to gain new business and create current client relationships as part of the business channel
